Rash on Face

I've had this for three days now. My face started getting itchy (kinda like how it would feel from really dry skin). I have tried not to scratch it, so I've just rubbed it a little or wash my face. I found out that washing it releives the itchiness a little. After I wash my face, I've noticed that the redness gets worse but then just goes away in about an hour. My skin is rough and feels like I have little tiny bumps on it. What is this. I've never had problems with acne or anything. Could it be dry skin? I haven't eaten anything different either. I started using 1% Hydrocortizone cream, it releives the itchiness a little, but the bumps are not going away? What should I do? I do have sensitive skin though, I do not use any makeup or anything.

This is not an answer but I am having the same problems. My bumps appeared one day and havent gone away since. Its been nearly a week since they first appeared. They get very red when I sweat or when Im hot, and they also become very itching. I dontknow what I should do about them. My dad thinks that they are just sweat pimples, but I have had sweat pimples before and these Bumps are different. Please help me if you have an answer if what these are :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms, it can be allergic reaction, contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis or hives. Apply calamine lotion and use a mild soap like Cetaphil. For the itching take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Cetrizine. If the symptoms are severe then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist as steroids may be needed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
