Genital Acne

I have had what appear to be pimples show up on my penis over the last three weeks. The last sexual partner I had before my current one was about three and a half months ago. And I told my current girlfriend about it and she said it sounds like herpes. These "Pimples" Do not itch. They are only sensitive when you try to pop them. And they are just on my penis. Is this something that could have been sexually transmitted? Or is this a less serious problem? I dont think that it is an std simply because i have no other symptoms such as pain while urinating. Fever or any other flu like symptoms. Any advice you could give would be great. Thank you.

Herpes doesn't just hang around for weeks and weeks like this. It's not herpes.

They could be blocker pores, which are not sexually transmitted.  They could be molluscum contagiosum, which are caused by a virus and may or may not be sexually transmitted.  What you need to do is leave them alone and not "try to pop them," so that a doctor can tell what they are, and then show them to a doctor.  They do not sound like anything serious either way.

Best.
