Rash on Pubic bone morning after sex

We are 110% exclusive and both very worried we would have sex at least 14-20 times a week and recently after sex he’s recieved a red rash all around his pubic bone and groin and says it’s extremely itchy and doesn’t know the reasoning behind it, I think it could be from some positions we do and how he doesn’t wash my fluids off him before sleeping as the itch would only start the following morning but there’s no lumps/bumps on his shaft or testicles, it is similar to a razor rash except he’s only shaved once in the past 7 months and this didn’t happen before

It sounds like it's just an irritation of some type- it's worth having a doctor just check it out so that he's out of discomfort.
