Rash on hands, feet and penis.

I posted about this earlier but with no luck but i think i posted in the wrong place.

I woke up after an event in my hotel room, noticing i had this awkward reddish rash on my hands. It is dotty, more prominent on the left hand and go down to my left wrist. Originally when i pressed on the rashy areas it kinda felt like i had splinters in my hand. My  feet aren't as bad, with a few dots on the top and at the sides. The front of my hands (on my fingers, not at the tips, just below and above the knuckle, also on the sides of the fingers) have red inflamed parts that i think were once itchy but my hand does not itch at all anymore. It seems to be getting worse. The doctor said it was an allergic reaction to something but why would it be on my feet as well as my hands? I didn't tell him about my penis, which has about 3 reddish areas on the shaft which dont itch. I have been prescribed a steroid cream but when i awoke this morning it was worse on my hands.

I have only had unprotected sex once back about 2 years ago with a girl who insists she has no stds, as I was really panicky when I had sex with her in the first place. I had a full std test with everything coming back negative quite lately and i've not had any sexual contact since so surely it can't be an std? The doctor suggested exzema but its not itchy, then he put it to hayfever, but i've not had any hayfever this year?! I feel fine, not ill at all.

Please help, I'm so worried

thank you.

i went to the doctors 2 times on the matter, on the second time i was tested for viral meningitis because some of the rash wouldn't dissapear under a glass and i developed a 5 day migraine, but they said it wasn't that. he had no idea what it was apart from a feeling that it was hand foot and mouth and just said to rest, and it eventually went away. i think the small rash part on my foreskin was just due to my sensitive skin and was unrelated.

my main concern is now i have developed a brown discoloration on my leg, a large patch, like this - http://www.ispub.com/ispub/ijovs/volume_5_number_1_28/bilateral_idiopathic_epiretinal_membranes_associated_with_multiple_peripheral_neurofibromas_in_a_young_adult/neurofibroma-fig2c.jpg - looks like a cafe au lait spot but it is quite big. it's been there for about 3 weeks, and the doctor had no idea what that was either. the doctors are useless around here, thank you nhs. that picture is exactly what it looks like, is it possible that cafe au lait spots can develop instead of being there at birth? i have one the very middle of my back at the waist but it is much darker and tiny in comparison. please get back to me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such a rash which appears all of a sudden is due to a viral exanthematous rash or an allergic reaction. It can be due to hands, foot and mouth disease or an allergic reaction. Take some oral antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then topical and oral steroids may be needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
