Rash

I have a rash (that does not itch) on both of my feet. It started a couple of weeks ago, it is creeping up my leg. It started on the bottom of both feet and up the inside of my foot and then leg. It's red and splotchy. My feet and legs are not swollen.

Hi,
It could be due to inflammation of the skin caused by non-specific dermatitis.

You can apply a miod Corticosteroid ointment on the rash for a short period of time which  will help reduce the inflammation.

You need to get it evluated to rule ouy any underlying auto-immune disease that could be manifesting in this way.

A boipsy can also be done to ascertain the exact nature of the lesion so that appropriate treatment can be initiated.
