Rashes and hair loss

Hi, I had rashes around february this year. The rashes is very itchy and it is pink-red and inflammed. I was diagnosed with pityriasis rosea. I was actually healed because the rashes I had that month is gone. The rashes went away for like a couple of days but it came back again. So now april I have this rashes again. The rashes is still itchy and it is multiplying again. I have it in my back and front body, my arms, legs, feet on top, hands top and palms. And also I am having a hair loss, not patchy just thinning my hair really bad, that started only when I had rashes. Is it still pityriasis rosea or is it something more serious? Hope you can answer my question. Thanks..
