Rashes on Penis head. Dry skin. irritation

Alright, so. For about 2-3 weeks, maybe more, or less. I dont remember when it started, I have been having skin issues around my waistline. On my penis. And genitals. Penis head; A red reash on the head. it's dry, and peels. Sort of like when you get sunburn, and it reaches the peeling stage, but the skin doesn't come off as easy as that. It's like having a scab, the skin is a little tough, and must peel on its own, unless you want it to bleed. genitals; I have 2 red bumps on my genitals. They look like mosquito bites, but a bit bigger. They dont itch persistently, but when they do, it last for a little tiny bit. But it itches bad. I've always had pubic hair, above my penis, and around to between my thighs. But I am beginning to get it on my genitals. They have a really small spot of dry skin at the top of them. On my waist, I have, again, the same thing on my genitals. they have a dry overlay of skin. And they itch as well. Theres no way this could be HIV or STD's. I've never had sexual intercourse, and I doubt it would be on my waist.. It is either an alergic reaction to my clothes, a soap I used. I think it has a reason to do with the "hair and body wash in 1" by old spice. Im not sure. This is worrying me though. I am scared of the doctors office, and the hospital. so I havn't gone. And from my wasit, inward to my inner thinghs, I have these red spots. Very small in size. and a few of them, have a very tiny white end on it. please help.

I've had the exact same prob with old spice 2 in 1. I have always uses St. Ives Vitamam E bodywash. But I was out and no other store carries vitamin e body was but one store and wasnl going cross town for one store so I settle for that and old spice deodourant too. Minutes after of application my pits started to burn and itch while turning red around the applied area but not the contact area. Old spice 2 in 1, using that in the shower, after I got out I could already feel my whole skin being irritated. But most noticeable would be my groin area. Little bumps skin on head turn dry and peel off. No discharge whatsoever, but whole genitals is always "clammy". I only used old spice for about 4 days. Last three days I'm back to my usual bodywash. Skin is doing a lot better right away for the most part but still having problems DowN there. Thinking back i never discarded my "scrungie" I use to lather up my bodywash.  thinking maybe it's still is possibe seemingly from a prior issue when my son used his sisters lather with his bodywash, when my daughter had a bath, she gotta horrible rash all over her body.  Nevertheless to say I'm going to the FICA tomorrow!

Thanks. It actually seems the bumps on my genitals are decreasing in size. They are not as rough to the tough. They don't itch as much.

I took a shower early this morning, and thats when they seemed to have gone down.
I have benedryl, and due to reasons that have my believe this is not a serious case, I will take benedryl as required on the label. I thinks its anyone over 12, twice a day every 4-6 hours.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be pityraisis rosea, discoid eczema or ringworm fungal infection.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps. For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). Also use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.Fungal infections have to be ruled out.
I hope that helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
