Recurrent Axilla Abscess

Hi, I was facing recurrent axilla abscess around 3 years ago. I was treated by Surgeon and was operared to remove the abscess. However after 2 years I faced the same problem, consulted the same surgeon and I had a I&D (incise and drain) operation on the axilla. Now after 4 months of the operation I am facing a similar problem though not as severe as I had 4 months ago. We also checked the cist that removed from axilla twice during operation and was tested by medical labs in India, and the reports were normal. Please advise, if surgical treament is the only option because I am sick of having operated twice for the same issue.
Thank You
