Recurrent jock itch for more than a year

Hi doctor,i got this jock itch last year, first i tried tropical oitment like clotrimazole and miconazole but dint help. Then a doctor friend of mine suggested me fluconazole tabs once a week, after taking and applying oitment, it was cured but again came back after 10 days. Then i tried itraconazole 200mg a day for a month as suggested by another friend. It cured my itch but again came back after 10 days . Then a dermatologist suggested me terbinafine and fluconazole, but it dint give much result. I tried ketoconazole soap and oitment also and it got worse. Then again I tried itraconazole 100mg twice for a month, i was cured within 10 days. But again this recurrent jock itch keeps on coming back. I am tried of taking itraconazole and applying oitment, i even wear loose cotton undergarments and change it everyday. I keep the area clean and dry. But the itch has spread on both sides of groin and butts. Round shaped with elivated edges and red in color. I started taking itraconazole again from today(almost fourth time). Please suggest something.
