Recurring Folliculitis on chest and neck..?

Since July 2017 I have been dealing with bad outbreaks of folliculitis on my chest and neck. The first time was a reaction from a tea tree oil acne line I tried out, but the times after that seem to be a mystery. I have been on and off antibiotics for this, including cephalexin (twice) and minocycline. My skin clears up on the medication but it breaks out again about week after treatment ends. I was also given some topical treatments, including a benzoyl peroxide wash and ketoconazole shampoo (used a body wash) to alternate with every day, and clindamycin topical lotion which i did not see much improvement with. I even tried nasal mupiricin ointment because my doctor thought it was staph. I had a culture done and the results came back negative for s. aureus, beta-hemolytic streptococcus, and p. aeruginosa. No doctor seems to know what the problem is, and stressing about it so much has definitely not helped. Not only is this very embarrassing, but the skin on my chest and neck burn really bad, even between treatments. Has anyone dealt with something similar or have any idea what could be causing it?
