Recurring boil between testicles and anus

I had a boil on my skin between testicles and anus. I had the puss out by a doctor but it recurred at the same point again in 5-7 days. Then I push the puss out myself but then it recurred within 7-10 days. This happened 8 months back and it is still recurring at the same point every 10-15 days, sometimes severe sometimes okayish. Now when i push the puss out, some of the puss gets out through anus, like I poop puss. There is a hard skin connecting that boil and my anus.
I went to some dermatologists but everyone was telling me the same treatment: keep the area warm, because of some hairs or something so get a laser, some antibiotics or something. I thought of having a surgery but I am afraid it may go haywire.
