Recurring red spotty rash in center of chest

I first noticed that I have been getting a rash in the center of my chest about two months ago. It isn't always there, and there isn't really any side effects other than it getting hot. It's not raised, it's not itchy, it's not really anything, just a rash. However, recently the rashes have been getting bigger and I noticed my heart pumps a little faster when the rash is present. Since there hasn't been any threat until recent, I was wondering what is going on?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, I cannot confirm a diagnosis but it can be contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, heat rash or tinea versicolor. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
