Red, Non Itching rashes

Hi, i'm an 11 Year old boy, and have noticed over the past 6 monthes or so, i've gotten a Non Itching Facial Rash, it is ONLY on my cheeks, my nose is normal, around my eyes is normal, but only my cheeks have it. Also, when i first noticed it, it was on my legs, in fall, and my parents took no action! I also have non raised, non itching red dots on my upper arm, around the palm of my hand, on the top of my hand, on the sides and top of my feet, and on my legs. I think it's something serious, but sadly my parent say it's normal!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This redness can be due to contact dermatitis or rosacea. Rosacea is a cutaneous disorder of the central part of the face , such as forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Pimples or acne are sometimes included as part of the definition. For the red flat spots the possibility of pityraisis rosea has to be ruled out. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
