Red Bumps On Wrist

Hi, i have notice some red bumps on my left wrist. They are not itchy and do not irritate me in any way. I would just like to get rid of them but dont know how. I think they only appeared after wearing a new watch i had, which i have stopped wearing after the bumps appeared. I am not sure if they are related to the wearing of the watch.

If anyone could please advise me on how to get rid of these bumps, it would be much appreciated. Photo attached.

Thanks in advance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since these bumps appeared after wearing the watch, so it can be due to allergic contact dermatitis. Take some oral antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some calamine lotion or mild steroid cream on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Could be contact dermatitis, but it usually does cause discomfort such as itching. They look like hives, which could reaffirm the allergic reaction scenario, but it could also be from pollen, dust, or other irritants.
