Red Dots on Thigh

I recently noticed a ton of little red dots all over both sides of my thighs.  Only on the front not the back and nowhere else on my body.  They do not itch at all.  What is this?

They are not bumps, just spots that seem to all be around different hairs.  It starts about an inch from my penis, on both legs and stretches to about an inch and a half from my kneecap.

I had sex on Monday but used a condom.  She put some sort of oil on her body before sex but then I would have dots all over if it was an allergic reaction.

I just did anotehr inspection and found 4-5 dots on my one butt cheek as well.  Those are not itchy either but they have a slight pain, barely any, when touched.

These are probably folliculitis, or blocked pores.  Sweating may have brought them on.  They do not sound like an STD.  I advise you to ignore them for a week.  If they're still there after that, show them to a doctor in person, which is the only way to tell for sure what they are.  But if they disappear, forget about them.

Take care.
