Red blotchness appearing and disapearing

HI guys i'm 15 years old and, latley i've been getting these red blotchyness on my skin that appears when i sit down or lie down for about 5 minutes, when i stand up and take a couple of deep breaths they go away for some odd reason, They don't itch nore do they agrovate me, i get kind of worried when they come up because sometimes if i don't notice them when they're first coming they spread all on my stomach, the rash starts from my shoulders and moves to the upper part of my groin i haven't been to see the doctor, because it dosen't cause pain or anything or itchyness, i deisded to ask you guys. Any help? :D

Thing is the rash that i get, It dosen't bulge up or make my skin swell, it dosen't itch it dosen't really do nothing it just makes me feel wierd because i know it's there and disapears within 10 seconds of standing up, I did research and apparent hives take 24 hours to disapear. But maybe my symptoms aint as suverve?

Hello,
Dermographism and hives don’t harm you in any way. These are not contagious and do not spread. But however they affect your life due to their itching, redness and cosmetic appearance.

Hello, I haven't went to see a doctor yet because i'm kind of worried what they will say, If i don't take any medication can the rash harm me in any way? Because it dosen't seem to be harming me at the moment

You should take these antihistaminics after consulting your doctor because then the side effects of these drugs will be properly explained to you. Moreover although steroids have many side effects but they are very useful in cases of dermographism and hives. The doctors start with steroids especially topical ones and then shifts to oral ones. Alsothe dose of steroids is tapered off by the doctor.

Dear doc. I'm now worried that if they put me on Sterioud medacation that the effects of the steriods will kill me, I've heard that they can do alot to your body, Can taking steriods be safe in a way? and should i see a doctor befor taking antihistaminics like benadryl or Claritin or zyrtec or should i just buy them and check it out?

From the symptoms it sounds like dermographism and hives. Dermographism is a normal physiological response of the skin. Most symptoms can be controlled by taking antihistaminics like benadryl or Claritin or zyrtec.

But if the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist as steroids may be needed.
