Red bumps around buttcrack

I’ve had these red bumps around my buttcrack area since I have had my daughter. They range in size as small as a pimple, to as big as a welt. Some of them have a white puss, and others do not. The area is ALWAYS red. There is no itching, or irritation just sensitivity on occasion. It’s been over a year and I have not been able to figure it out. Please help!

Have you had your doctor take a look at them?  If they have been around for a year, it's probably time to have them looked at so a doctor can tell you with certainty what it is.  In the meantime, take some extra care a few times a day in making sure that the area is kept clean- after washing dry throughly and see if that helps.
