Red bumps on palm of hand, Scaly marks all over body

I have very small red bumps on the palm of my hand.  They don't hurt unless i press on them, and they go away after a while.  It's almost as if i have a lot of splinters or something caught under my skin.  they don't itch, or crust over, they dont dry up and flake off, they just disappear. I've asked my doctor a couple of times for a referral to a dermatologist, but it's as if he doesn't listen to me.  Also i have dry patches of skin that when they first appear are bright red, cause no pain, or itching, are somewhat scaly, and eventually fade away, i was thinking this could be some sort of fungus, my doctor said to put lamisil on them, but there are some places they occur which i can't reach too well, so i once again asked for a referral and he said i didn't need one.  I have pictures: copy and paste url into browser address bar

Please help since my doctor won't!

I had the same problem.  I get very small bumps that come up all over my hand and fingers.  I get no more than 3 or 4 at a time and they go away on their own (or at least flatten out) and usually only hurt when they are touched.  Is this the same thing?

It looks as though you have a form of eczema, not a fungus.  No specific cause for this sort of thing.  Best treatment is a steroid cream like fluocinonide .05%, which your doctor can prescribe.  You only have to use it when the spots bother you, since as you see they go away by themselves.

If your doctor won't pay attention to you, you might want to consider finding a new one....

Best.
