Red bumps similar to mosquito bites

I have had three bumps show up in the last two days underneath my clothes. I thought they might be spider bites, but they didn't look like it up close so I figured they were mosquito bites. But they still didn't act like they were. I have two on my inner thigh, three on my stomach, and one on my chest just under my breast that I just found today. I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm trying to find answers. They are no bigger than a penny right now, itch like crazy, and when I touch them there's a weird burning and sharp itchy pain. Sometimes I don't even have to touch them and they start burning and itching. Any ideas on what this is?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms the possibility of scabies needs to be ruled out. It is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
