So I have had this red dot on the head of g penis for a while now, it doesn’t hurt, itch or burn isn’t raised either. I’ve tested clean for everything but have HSV-1 for years now.
I saw it the morning after I masturbated, and prior I masturbated frequently multiple days. Could it be due to excessive masturbation?

If it isn't hurting or itching, and the spot isn't growing/changing- it's likely nothing to be concerned over. It's hard to say what it is, but if it causes you to be worried, you can have it looked at by your doctor to be sure.
