Red itchy cirlces on fingers and hands

Not sure which topic to put this under.

At this time of year I develop red itchy circles on my hands and fingers, fingers are also prone to swelling.  They feel slightly tender like a mild nettle rash and tend to itch as the day goes on.  I have spoken to various pharmacists but they have not come up with any cause.  I would appreciate any assistance someone may be able to offer.

thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to ringworm. Ringworm cam present on any site of the body. For confirmation you need to get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done and fungal culture of these scrapings. Treatment is usually topical and oral antifungals but the diagnosis needs to be confirmed first. Please discuss this with your dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Sounds like it could be ring worm. Try soaking your hands in a tea bath. Take some powder tea mix, anything cheap and mix with warm but not hot water for about 15 minutes a couple times a day and see if that helps. If not you might want to visit a dermatologist. If it is a fungus the tea will work.
