Itchy papules appearing..scabies? std?

Hello Dr., I suddenly noticed these itchy papules appearing about a month ago. They tend to start out very itchy (I try really hard not to scratch them), and by the next day no longer itch, but leave a scar/mark (I am on Eliquis blood thinner). They are all over my body (except my face, thank goodness), including the genitals and groin area. Here are some pictures if that helps out in giving an idea of what this is. Thanks much in advance!!

Have you seen a doctor about these?

Do they come and go? For example - do you get them on your arm, then on your groin, then they disappear on your arm, then appear on your back, then disappear on your groin, appear on your neck?

That doesn't sound like any STD. It could be an allergic reaction to something you are eating/consuming, or using on your body.

One thing that is really important - I don't know how long you've been on the Eliquis, but in the side effects lists, it does say that if you get a rash, itching/swelling, to notify your doctor/get medical help right away.

I'd absolutely call your doctor promptly.

Yes, they seem to come and go in different places. Mostly on my lower abdomen/groin. A couple on my scrotum and literally one on my penis shaft that looks like a small pimple. But when they "go", they're really not gone; they tend to leave a mark, I'm assuming because of the Elequis. I have been on Elequis for a couple years, and this issue just started about a month ago.
This morning I did a televisit with a dermatologist on "sesamecare.com" and she says that it doesn't seem like an STD. She thinks it is a bacterial "foliculitis".  I am on here to get another opinion. Hopefully that will be confirmed.
Thank you, and hope you're day's going great!
