Red itchy spots on hands and feet

I've had red itchy circles on my hands and feet. They burn in hot water and sting if I touch them. I'm a bad scratcher but it feels better after I do but the sting gets worse. I've tried Benadryl but it doesn't help with the itching and only puts me to sleep if I take more. I thought it was ringworm and I still kind of do but I'm not sure. The spots are never there for more than two or three days and go away and new ones come every other day. As I'm working I can feel certain spots on my feet start to itch. By the time I am off work they are like a welt sticking out. Then After I sleep by the time I wake up they are completely flat and just left a red discoloration that itches slightly and burns and then that is gone by the next morning I wake up. It's happening on both my hands and bottoms of my feet. If I pull my skin tight to where it's white it looks like a ring under my skin. They are all shaped like rings. I'm just trying to get some ideas of what it could be before I see my derm so I can try other otc products to see if they help. I also have hidradenitis suppurativa and get folliculitis easily but I don't think it's related. I take one bactrim a day for that and have been for awhile. I'm not sure that it's a true allergic reaction since it's only in those two places and nowhere else. Anyways thanks!!

I have the exact same thing happening to me, mine lasts about 1 week, did you get your problem resolved?

Also I get one or two at a time and that's it. Then they turn flat and are usually gone writhing 2-3 days after first appearing. But I get a new one every other day so it's really frustrating!
