MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

Differentials for this will be acne or a dermatitis. Allergic or contact dermatitis may present with redness. However, itchiness and a weeping skin condition may be characteristics also.

Do you frequently have allergies?

Do you usually blow or rub your nose?

This may not be something which requires immediate intervention or consult. Just try to observe the condition. If the redness appears to expand and involve other areas of the face, then this may be something that you need to consult with your doctor.

Does acne run in the family?

Any history of allergies in the family?
