Red-pink patches on skin

Hi. 4 week ago my sister's daughter that she is 10 months old and live with us, had high fever for 3 days and after that she got rashes. Dr said it was roseola fever.
After that I saw many red-pink patches on my chest and upper arms. After 1 week I saw a dermatologist and he said it maybe pityriasis rosea and gave me creams and said if they got worse or more they should do skin biopsy. I've got so better and stop using creams, but from yesterday I found my body has many many small red bumps and patches all over my body. What is it?
