Red raised rash on stomach [please help]

Hi!

I wanted to ask about a raised red rash on my lower stomach.

It's about 3cms wide, it's only very slightly raised, and not sure if it's relevant but it's also over an old hernia scar line.

There is no pain when applying pressure on or around the site, and apart from it's visual appearance hasn't caused me any other issues.

I'm not taking any medication and I'm 28 years old.

It's been there for around 3 weeks now with no sign of fading or getting worse in the last week.
