Skin darkening and pink lips

Hello, Iv been on acnetane 20mg for two months now with no improvement just a really black face and really pink lips, im so close to giving up. I look like a TB patient. My skin is so dry and my face is almost three shades darker than my skin, its almost depressing to even look at my self in the mirror, I regret taking acnetane actually, if I knew earlier that results would take as long as this to show , I would have stayed with my cheap temporary remedies for my acne, im so depressed by the way I look and I shy away from people or even taking pictures, my skin has not even changed at all, I still have acne along with the scars I had previously, this has been really pointless and has cause me nothing but pain and ugliness.
