Red spots

My Mother is 71 years old and she had lung cancer of the lung. She had upper, and middle lubs removed along with a rib bone, all on her right side. My question is, she has small blood spots all on her stomach that has now spred all over her body, mosty on her trunk. They are now bigger and some are brown, raised up from the skin and flakey. This is really worrying me, I have been keeping an eye on them. Please! Does anyone have any advise to give?
Thank you

Take her in to the doctor!
My dad died last year from septicemia due to a ruptured bowel.
He had the same sort of blotches every where.
I'm not saying that this is her problem, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
If the brown flakes were just on her hands and feet I would say that they are just age spots...but those blood spots are not good.
