Ringworm

I just discovered that I have a couple of ringworms on my neck. I got some 1% clotrimazole to treat it, but it says it takes 4 weeks to treat. Is there a stronger prescription strength that would get rid of it in less time? Also, is it okay to cover the areas with bandaids?
Thanks for your help!

I'm an African American and I have a break out of bumps on the back of my neck. I was told it was from using dirty hair clippers. I tried some cortizone 1% but that didn't clear them up. I have bought some new clippers now so what can I clear these bumps up with and how long will it take. Thanks

my mother-in-law, has a problem with the palm of her hands, it started on the right thumb and now has spreaded to all of her fingers, and on the left palm, and fingers,  a round spot on her forehard, on the bottom of her left foot, and some spots on her chest under her breast, it looks like a smooth rash, it is painful at night, and when she get up in the morning, her palm on the right hand is black.  she went to a regular doctor who took blood test and couldn't find any thing wrong, and has set her up with a dermatolist.  is there some kind of cream or over the counter medication that will help her?

I have a silver dollar shaped circle - normal skin tone inside, red outside, not much itching....for over two weeks on my wrist. I've recently noticed small bubbly areas occurring on my hand.  I've been applying triple antibotic ointment.  No effect.
Temporarily redness disappears.
Would prefer to try over-the-counter medications, as not yet covered on my insurance through company.
Should I begin with cortizone??
Thanks!

1.  Lamisil (terbinafine) cream is over-the-counter and very effective against ringworm.

2.  Not everything round is ringworm.  Eczema is round too.  If antifungal cream doesn't get rid of the spots in 10 days, you ought to look into a prescription-strength cortisone cream.

Best.
