Row of Bumps below Penis Head

Hi:

I am a sexually active 26 yr old male.  Recently I noticed a row of bump that are located under the my penis head.  They are not on the head but visible when you retract the foreskin (circumsised) and look closely.  They are located where the shaft meets the head.  They do not hurt but are causing me some concern.  I looked up pearly papules but they seem only to be found on the head, these like I mentioned are a row of bumps under the head.  Please advise.

Thanks.

As a woman, I'm really confused as to why any man would want to get rid of these.  I posted on another PPP thread that my boyfriend has them and they make sex BETTER.  I can feel the ones around the head of his penis when we have sex much as if he were wearing a ribbed or studded condom, except there's no condom.  The sensation is awesome!!!  Guys, don't laser these off.  They're not only not a defect of any kind, they're really great!

Hello,
It can be normal glands or pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions. In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
