My age is 23. I had unprotected sex 6 years before.after then small white pimples likes thing appear.some times big red bumps also appear with white fluid inside it.Now a days i see some red rashes on the tip of the penis and some bad smelling white fluid deposited inside skin of the penis.Now a days no new bumps appear but all small white bumps are still there.in these period(6 years) i had two penis discharge,i have back pain but no fever.I never seen a doctor.  
so i want to know this is herpes or other std?
please tell me i am very much worry.

is pimples due to herps remain for 6 years or it dispappear when out break is not there.Please tell me as soon as possibe.And is it possible to father a child without infecting my wife with herps.Thank u for ur reply.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug), herpes sores or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). From the symptoms of penile discharge, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea also need to be ruled out.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
