Scar Revision face

Hey There...from a bad scar I got from a zit a year ago I decided to get it removed..it was raised and red...so the doctor removed it and stiched me up...I'm all paranoid right now because it is the second day and I accidentaly rubbed it..I had an itch there and totally forgot there was stiches there and my scar!...anyways...it started to bleed again...the stiches are still there though...but is this going to affect the healing process?  I feel like it looks worse now....is there anything I should do? Any help would be great!

Thanks

If the stitches are still there,  don't think this minor irritation will have an effect on your healing.  Just follow the doctor's instructions and get the stitches out when they're ready for that.

Best.

My P.E. Teacher puts us to run everyday for 1 hour at 1 o' clock. When the sun is out and hot. I run all i can but when I get back to the locker roon im super red and i look like a tomatoe and its really embarrasing to go out to lunch I dont even go eat because my face is way too red. It also lasts for a while maybe an hour and a half. I was wondering if you could please tell me how to get rid of the redness quickly. It would really help me if you told me how thank you
