Searching desparately!

I have been living with a rash for approximately 8 months. It started when I moved to a hot climate under a lo of stress. It formed on my upper back as "acne like" bumps. They would not pop, but only bleed. I left it alone and they all scarred. They itched as well. A couple of months later, small itchy bumps formed on each side of my mouth, slightly lower. A couple of months later I moved to a warm climate under stress and itchy painful red bumps formed on my scalp near the back of my neck, then on one side of my mid neck. Gradually, small blotchy, bumpy itchy redness developed on both sides of my neck, shoulders, under breasts, armpits and recently my hips! I have been to the doctor 5 times, including 2 Dermatologists.  I have been treated for acne, fungus, bed bugs and scabies, and I think just Dermatitis in general. 3 different anti-biotics, Prednisone shot, pills and creams. Ive tried Homeopathic remedies, cortisone's and antihistamines. Nothing has worked. I no longer have insurance and stress has been my last 4 diagnosis.' The unwanted stress prevails. My only de-stressor at this time is to take a bath and I'm thinking the baths are irritating my rash. Ive addressed detergents, soaps and food as well.I feel ugly, disgusting and diseased, therefore the result is mental, emotional duress, which in turn is added to my physical  dilemma.

I would think of ruling out DH (Dermatitis herpetiformis) which also is an association with gluten hypersensitivity.A CBC might show eosinophilia.
Regards.
