Sebaceous Cyst Sac Removal

I removed a sebaceous cyst on my scrotum by applying apple cider vinegar to it and it worked well in that i removed everything apart from the bottom layer of the sac which produces a sebum layer. I have tried applying more vinegar but it is not working like it did for the main thing. What product could be applied to this sebum layer to try and scab it off?

It's usually recommended that you see a doctor to remove a sebaceous cyst- it's good that the apple cider vinegar helped to heal it a bit, but if you would like it removed the rest of the way, I'd recommend seeing your doctor.
