two diagnosis?

first got diagnosed for a yeast infection under both armpits and on side of hip. i get prescribed a steroid shot, 3 doses of fluconate taken every 48 hrs & clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream for two weeks. the rash eventually went away but it came back in other places, both legs, both thighs, both arms and fore arms, stomach, back, back of neck. I'v qiut using the cream for five days now due to the using it already for two weeks as the pharmacist told me. Went to the e.r last night due to the rash spreading and after explaining all this to him. I get diagonosed with hives and prescribed a steroid shot (which i think it inflamed the rash worse this morning), predisone, & a topical cream. I read your not supposed to take predisone with a yeast infection due to it making it worse and iv already been diagnosed  by the first doctor (not tested by either doctor just examined). My rash is pretty bad many spots all over body and large spots been goin on for a month. Trying to figure out what to do and if I should take the second doctors advice due to him thinking its hives or and allergy. Rash red bumps that inflame into  red patch or welp looking when itched. Itches worse at night, shower, outside in the heat. Has been goin on for a little over a month total. Mid twenties Male
