Seborrheic dermatitis?

I have had dandruff on scalp since very long time. But recently due to some reason I have very bad acne on face. Fearing that those would leave me marks I went to dermatologist and was prescribed acne clear gel, hidrate lotion and adaferin gel. I have been using acne gel and hidrate lotion from one month my acne settled well. But from last 3 days I am getting very bad white flakes on face. My face is tight and some time applying lotion burns my face. White flakes have appeared first time on my face.
I am very scared does this resembles dermatitis?  I also have little bit itching on face.
Face doesn't look dry to me..I have oil on nose. No red rash as of now. Will it occur in late stage? Should I visit my doctor again. Or wait for some days n see.
Or this can be side effect of acne gel I was using.
I also I have heard that seborrheic dermatitis happens due to yeast infection. But how is it possible If I wash my face twice daily regularly and apply anti boitic  lotion on it.?
I don't have flakes in or around eyebrows or eye lids.I have it around chin alot and few on nose line.

Also I forgot to mention that my skin has become so sensitive that from the gel that even my tears would cause my face burning.
If I go to beach sea water makes my face burn.

Okay..will try supplements.
But does these symptoms resembles dermatitis or eczema? I mean getting flakes on face is not normal I guess. I have had dandruff on scalp but face is very ambarrasing. Also I have read on Internet that these doesn't have cure?
When I get up in morning I see white flakes on face. Also after washing my face becomes completely dry and flakes would appear which doesn't go away until I apply lotion to hide it.

Ketoconozole shampoo should help hair.  I used a brand called Nizoral for years and it was the first thing I used that helped.  You could also add some drops of tea tree oil to a regular shampoo.  I can't use conditioner of any kind because it annoys my scalp.  I get relief by soaking my scalp in a solution of warm water and Epsom salts though.  If that is helpful you could take magnesium supplements like mag citrate and vitamin D3.  We are so deficient in vitamins and minerals now that the soil is so depleted.  So that's why we get skin problems.
