Should I be concerned about Petechiae?

I have had Petechiae for about half a year now and they haven’t gone away the doctor keeps telling me that’s normal with aging but I’m 19 there is no way this is normal. My joints hurt A LOT when I sit for long periods of time as well. The “rash” is non blanching and they’re pinprick points all over my legs. I’m really concerned that I have something seriously wrong with me and no one will listen.

Well petechiae are non-blanching by definition. So that's not that weird.

Reasons can be simple, after a bit intensive physical, sports activity.

Do you have any other symptoms except resting joint pain? Stomach ache?  Did you have cold before the onset of petechiae?
