Should I seek medical care for this circle rash on my arm?

I've had this circular rash on my arm for about 5 days, unsure if it's something I should seek medical attention for (I don't have great insurance and would hate to go and hear it's not a big deal). I haven't found any ticks on me and haven't been out in the woods for a few weeks.

Is the rash hot to the touch?  It's been a bit since you posted- has it gone away?  If you are still seeing it, it's worth a trip to your doctor to get it investigated.  Good luck!
