Popped a whitehead that isn’t healing; could this be skin cancer?

A few months ago I had a whitehead that was in a bad spot by my eye, it took a lot of pinching it to be able to pop it (which i know i shouldn’t be doing). since then, it swelled up and has never fully healed. for the last two months or so it’s just been this red mark under my eye and it’s starting to bug me out.

does anyone have any any idea what this could be? see the below pics:

So sorry this is still bothering you- were you able to get into the doctor since you posted a few weeks ago?  I really don't think it's skin cancer- more likely a scar of some type- but go ahead and get into the doctor so you can know for sure and feel better about it!

It can possibly be a rash of some sort, so if I were you I would ask your doctor.
