Single red Spot in my foreskin

My question it is concerning that I got a week ago one non itchy red spot in my foreskin, it seems not growing and just remains there until now, It is only in the surface of the skin located around the middle part of the penis if we see it long, doesn't seems to have bump and it is not a blister,  I'm a sexual active person and well recently I got labial herpes from my bf  wich I treated with topic medicine such as Penciclovir and it is healing perfectly well, but what about this red spot? it could be a possible STD? or another skin problem? I'm searching for some ideas before I go to Doctor, I'm kindly affraid for this issue...

Best Regards S.

Dear Dr. Thanks so much for your time for answer, I will keep it under observation for 2 weeks more for whatever reason I will consult to the doctor here if something changes.. Thank you again for the promptly answer.

This certainly doesn't sound like herpes or any STD.  I advise you to leave it alone for 2 weeks.  if it's still there then, you should show it to a doctor so you won't have to worry about it.  Nothing to be afraid of in asking.

Best.
