Skin Allergies

Hi, I have a skin allergy, It was started as far as I remember when I was 13 years old, I 'am 24 now and I’m still suffering from it. Since then I never tried to consult with dermatologists to treat my allergies, because calamine lotion do help to relieve the itchiness. This allergy is a kind of red bump /rashes and it’s very itchy and it was mostly around my forearm and legs, the itchiness will be gone after a minute that I’ve applied the calamine lotion, but the rashes are still there and it will leave marks on my skin after it healed. The rashes are not so many it is only few, it develops in every part of my forearm and legs every minute and hours. This has often come and goes over a month or so and this make me feel really unease. Also, I have notice that my allergy triggers when the dust damp to my skin and when the weather is very hot and cold. I’ve tried to search on the web which skin allergies is particular to mine but couldn’t find it. Hope you could give me an advice what allergy is this and what to do.

It's very difficult to say what the cause of your allergy is- have you been to an allergist at all?
I'd start by keeping a journal- note what you eat, what products you use on your skin, even the weather- anything that you believe could be the cause and note how your rash is.
You can also try to eliminate things that you are exposed to when you notice the rash is bad- and see an allergist so they can help walk you through this.
