Hi,

This appears to be episodes of allergy or hives developing due to some kind of trigger.

This may have lead to episodes whenever the allergen has come in contact with you/your skin. since the allergen is unknown you may try and find it out yourself or take an allergy specialists' help. On the other hand, the treatment remains the same whether the allergen is known or not. Therefore, it is best that you take antiallergic medication as soon as the itching starts.

hope this helped.

Some days I itch all over. For me, It depends how much refined sugar I had. I don't know if it's an allergy or what. All I have to do is sweat and it will go away. I had my blood tested for every possibility.
Soda makes my stomach twirl. High fructose corn syrup.
I can eat natural sugar all day.
I never get a rash either
