Skin Rash or Something Else?

Hello, and thanks for reading (and answering)!

I have an entire patch of skin on my chin that's just blistering red, endlessly oozing a clear and yellow liquid, and won't seem to heal at any normal rate of speed.  It itches as well, though not severely.

I noticed it when I came in from playing tennis, but that doesn't mean it necessarily happened then.  The PCP already has me on Bactrum (antibiotic), and I don't see any significant healing after about 3 days now.

It oozes, and doesn't scab over at any appreciable rate!  Also, at night, when the fluid leaks onto other part of my neck, I wake up in the morning and it has seemingly spread to those parts via the fluid because those parts itch.

I will attach pics if possible.  I'm about to schedule with the dermatologist.  I first noticed the irritation (which started out very small) on the 31May, went to the PCP on the 6Jun, and I have been taking the Bactrum since then.

Today, I noticed on the opposite side of my neck, I've got a small red bump with a yellow-ish dot in the middle (brand new!).  Now, I decided to post here to get some second opinions.

Any advice or idea for what this is?

You have to click the gray "Download this file" button in the middle of the page to access the picture.  It will ask you to verify a sequence of letters/numbers to prove that a live person is accessing the file.

Thanks so much in advance to anyone who looks at this...For what it's worth, I can't shave at the moment because I'm afraid to agitate it further!
