Skin annoyance breast area

I have this annoying cluster of skin tag/acne like spots between my breasts   cannot get rid of them. I want them gone and not sure what to do next  Not sure what they even are. Took a pic  is there a forum I can get an opinion? The obgyn called them skin tags, but I asked a nurse at my work(I work  in clinical research) and she did not think so.

Thank you. I am going in near end of month. Also am told could possibly be a yeast infection or related to or sweat pimples.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First the diagnosis needs to be confirmed whether they are skin tags, cysts or warts. Skin tag is a benign condition and you do not have to worry about it. These tiny skin growths generally cause no symptoms unless they are repeatedly irritated. The commonest area where they occur are armpits, groins, neckfolds etc.

Treatment options for skin tags include removing with scissors, freezing (using liquid nitrogen), and burning (using medical electric cautery at the physician's office). these can be done under local anesthesia.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
