Skin condition/rash, what is it?

Hi I'm new here.
Around 4 weeks ago I started to get white patches near my eye on my cheek and the GP said it was pityriasis alba/tinea versicolor. Now, that's gone slightly better but I've started to get this rash near my mouth on the bottom half of my cheek. They are of similar colour to my skin and look slightly elevated. They show when I wake up (as I haven't put cream on), when my face is dry and in sunlight it shows a lot. I've had these for around 2 weeks and a half now and they are really hard to get rid of.

Some additional info: I've been having dry skin when my pityriasis alba started and I shower in quite hot water but I've cooled it down.

I've been using an emollient on my face which has worked on dryness but not these things. I've attached a picture of them in sunlight, here's the links-http://imgur.com/fEuwn2V
