Dr. Ihave itching problem on my scrotum and around the area of the scrotum......and have little 7-8 bumps on scrotum....its look like mosquito bites but its an over a montg but thay r not healing...also have aome prickly heat on inside of the forskin of penis ..wjat should i do?
