Skin issues - Ezcema & rashes & peeling skin & orange pigmentation

Hello, I have been dealing with skin issues my whole life. When I was little I had extremely bad eczema. I grew out of it when I hit 10 years old but it has now come back (I am 25). For the last 10 years I have been suffering from a very weird condition where the skin on the bottoms of my feet and my hands turn into an orange pigmentation. This will happen a few times throughout the day. Some days are worse than others. I eat a lot of vegetables but I have gone through months without eating any carrots or orange colour foods (and tomatoes) to see if that helps, and it does not affect it at all.

My skin is also extremely sensitive on my entire body. If I slightly scratch it, the top layer of my skin comes off. If I get a mosquito bite, it immediately turns into a scab. It's as if my skin is paper thin and will flake off if I do anything to it. My eyelids are the worst, if I slightly rub them the skin immediately peels off. When it's hot, my skin on my fingers will develop fluid under the top layer and blister and then flake off. I have tried hydro-cortisone and protopic but neither of them help.

Does anyone else out there experience extremely sensitive skin and/or an orange pigmentation on their extremities? I'm not sure if this is related but I also suffer from periods of extreme fatigue and a soar throat very often, which makes me wonder if this is all related to a thyroid/carotene issue (I have had my thyroid levels checked but no one has been able to diagnose me)
Please help! No doctor has ever had an answer for me!
