Skin question

I have these bumps that are ONLY on the back of my hand. There are more on the right hand than my left. They are red bumps but sometimes turn skin colored. If I break it open or scratch it off, only skin will come off followed by a clear liquid followed by some blood. They do scab over and go away. They never hurt or itch unless I break them
Open. I’ve had them for a while now. I’m not very concerned about it but all I can find online is things like cysts infected hair follicles or some kind of allergic reaction. What could it be?

It's really hard to tell you exactly what it is or could be just online- it's important when you are trying to figure out what something is, that you get to a doctor and have them gather your medical history and do an in person exam.  An allergy could be possible, it might help to track what you are eating, what you expose your skin to in a day and how the rash reacts (gets worse or better) to try to help narrow it down a bit to what the allergy might be- if that's what it is.
