Small Lump on Cheek

Hi, about then days ago, I noticed a small bump on one of my cheek after shaving. The bump was not (still is not) visible, but I can feel it by touch. It does not itch, nor does it induce any pain at all. It seems to have decreased in size slightly, but when I pinch the area, I definitely still feel a lump. There is no visible coloration, it just blends with my skin tone. Any idea as to what it could be?

Just an ingrown hair. Common after shaving or just common period. Just dont try and pop it because it will linger or, as mentioned by the other post, it will become infected.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Differentials will be a comedone, a nevus and folliculitis.  Your dermatologist will be able to help define the cause of this. If this does not present with any discomfort, pain , redness or if this does not enlarge over time, this may not be a cause of alarm.

Refrain from unnecessarily touching the area.Use a sharp razor and do not squeeze the lump as this may cause an injury, get infected and cause scars. Observe if this resolves overtime. If not, you may consult a dermatologist.
