Small bumps on glans penis

I am a 20 year old male. I am sexually active with my first and so far only partner for about 6 months now. We only engage in safe sex so I'm not sure that this is sexually related.
On the surface of my glans the skin is a bit rough and full of very small bumps that have a clear/white-ish shade when I observe them closely through a camera.

These do not appear on the corona so I don't believe they are PPPs. I'm not sure if Lichen Nitidus is my next guess.

I don't feel pain on it, I think just knowing that they're there is making me paranoid and that's making me feel some kind of "roughness/frigidity" on the top of my penis.

Any and all help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I plan to see a dermatologist later this week
